"Why!" Nightkit retorted and gazed at Shadestrike compassion filling her eyes. SHe nuzzled until he was guarded completely up him.

Morninggaze stood up and walked towards Nightkit. She picked up the kit and walked back to her nest. She pulled the moss off of Nightkit's head and began washing her.

Creampaw smirked. "Serves her righ too." she meowed into Shadestrike's ear. She bounded off to go find her brother Firepaw.

Nightkit slipped out of her mothers grip and ran to the mighty warrior. "HELLO again!"

Shadestike purred, and said, "I think you should listen to your mother." He flicked his tail to the kit's shoulder, and said to Morninggaze, "If you want, I'll take her around camp. Or to hang out with the elders."
