Dovekit and Talonkit walked into a clearing. "do you see any puddels i can look into?" she asled.

"Why do you need a puddle?" Ivytail meowed.

Dovekit looked at her paws, embarressed. "to see my self...now..." she meowed, sadly...

[Wildwind]

Talonkit looke dat her. "Come on."she meowed and lead her over to a puddle that was near by. "No matter what you will always be Dovekit."

[Pantherclaw]

Ivytail followed them. She felt sad for the kit. She knew she had to say something so she said, "You'll always be good ole' dovekit to me even when you're dovepaw!"

[Wildwind]

Talonkit gave her a grateful look. "She's right."

[Pantherclaw]

Ivytail didn't want to see her reaction when she looked at herself but, she didn't want to leave. So she followed them over to the puddle.

Dovekit walked over to where the water was. She let out a gasp once the water stopped quavering. she was covered in red burns, with a small heart in the middle of her forhead.
She just walked away, over to the tree, and just sat down. "Why me? why me?" She did not know why her. but she would had rathered her than some other cat...but all the same, she felt some hate weld up in her. Dovekit spat on the ground, and hissed at the tree, pulling her claws down it, taking out the rage of all this on the tree.

"Now now the tree is sorry," Ivytail meowed trying to cheer him up.

[Wildwind]

"Let her take her anger out."Talonkit advised."Go on Dovekit. Tell Starclan how angery you are."

[Pantherclaw]

Ivytail dipped her head then stepped back a couple of feet.

Taking all of her anger out, Dovekit hissed. She was clawing, raking, and snapping at the tree with the force of a fighting leader. She growled, and let her anger peel away from the core of her. Some golden sap started to flow out of the tree. that was strange, because poplars' sap usually did not show. Dovekit stopped, and looked in wonder at the tree, Her anger momentarily forgotten. The tiny white kit heared a voice. "We could not stop this..." It said. It was the voice of many cats, Dovekit knew that, but it was also one cat...

Ivytail hadn't heard it outloud but felt it when she first heard Dovekit say she needed to look at herself. She knew that StarClan couldn't stop what had happened to the poor kit.

Talonkit watched Dovekit. She felt the cat's sorrow and pain. She padded up to her. "Dovekit, are you all right?"

Ivytail felt a little bad she didn't have herbs to help the kit.
