((Thank Willowheart for the constant nagging, or this thread will probably never be posted.))
As Hawkstar watched her Clan from her perch on the HighRock, her mind went over the occurences lately, from LavaClan's attack, to the new kits born to the Clan. Looking up at the sky, she saw that the sun has reached its zenith. It was time.
"May all cats old enough to catch their prey gather beneath the HighRock for a Clan meeting!"

Hawkstar looked down at them all. "Lightningpaw, step forward."
Looking up to the bright band of stars that was Silverpelt, the tabby leader began the ceremony.
"Lightningpaw, I have watched you train, seen your skills as you battled LavaClan during the last Gathering, and heard the approval of other cats of your hunting skills. Your mentor has decided that you are ready to be a warrior, and I agree.
"By all the powers of StarClan, I give you your warrior name. Lightningpaw, from this moment onward, you will be known as Lightningstreak. StarClan honours your bravery and speed, and we welcome you as a full warrior of ThunderClan."

Sweetflower sat down in front of the rock. She was thinking. She knew she wasn't going to be deputy long, but she would still act like she had no idea. Her head was not on the ceremony, it was on the recent battle with LavaClan, but she acted like she was watching.
