Chapter 1 It was a snowie day in the forest. It was leaf-bar. The grasse was coverd with snow. Mossheart came back form a hunting portal. She droped the fresh-kill in the pile. Then she ran to the warriors den. Mossheart then saw her old friend Moonpool. Mossheart was about to run over to her so they can share touges, but sombody was with her, it was a brown tom. Mossheart blicked, it was Bramblefur. Mossheart was saprised that Bramblefur was sharing touges with Moonpool, They don't like each other that much. Mossheart closed her eyes. I shouled leave those two alone. I can share touges with her later. I thought. I turned around and spotted Graystripe. He was a gray tom. "Would you like to eat with me?" He asked. Wow! he never askes. I looked at him and meowed, " Of corsue." Graystripe smilled. We both sat next to the warriors den. We shared touges with each other. When we got done shareing touges, Snowstar appered. She was staring at us. "Mossheart would you like to take a dawn portal to the Snakerocks when you are done? You can take Graystripe with you." She asked. I looked at Graystripe. He nodded telling me he would like to go with her. I turned my head so that I was faceing my leader. "Yes. I would like to take a dawn portal." I told her. Snowstar nodded. " Ok. Take two more warriors with you. We always have to have extera portals during leaf-bar." She told us. Mossheart and Graystripe bowed their head as Snowstar went to her den. "Well are you ready?" I asked. Graystripe yellow eyes glowed. "You beat ya, but we are going to need two more warriors." He meowed. Mossheart turned her head to Moonpool and Bramblefur. They both got up and went to their den. "Wow I never new Bramblefur likes Moonpool. They never sit togeather." Graystripe told her. " Is that why you wonted me to sit with you? Bramblefur is your best friend you know."I told him. "No its not that. Its...... jest that l...love. Oh never mind I jest needed comonie, besides we have to get two more warriors. Lest not pick Moonpool and Bramblefur, and you know why." He meowed. "Right lest take Cloudstorm and Midpaw." She told him. "Good chouce. I will fech them. Meat you at the enterence." He told her. He wave his tail for good-bye and ran to the warriors den to fetch Cloudstorm and Cinderclaw. Mossheart was confused. Was he trying to tell me that he loves me. I wonderd. Their was a huge storm coming. The four cats pushed themselfs throw the snow. Mossheart sniffed the air. "Their is a storm coming. A sonwstorm." I meowed. The three cats looked puzzeld. " Great. A snowstrom we, havent had that for moons." Cloudstorm told them. "Its ture. Befor you came we had bunch of snowstorms and man they where bad." Graystripe told Mossheart. Mossheart looked at them. "Well this own is a bad one." I told them. "You gise, looked what I found!" Midpaw yelled. Graystripe, Cloudstorm, and Mossheart ran to Midpaw. The sliver she-cat was looking at dog prints. "They lead to the Sunning Rocks." She told the three cats. "Should we fallow them." She asked. "Yes we should fallow them. Midpaw lead the way." I told her. First Midpaw looked warriored. Then she sniffed the air and then ran towards the Sunning Rocks. The three cats fallowed her. They made it half way. The dog prints where gone and all was left was snow. " What ever this stuff is, I cant wate intill its gone." Graystripe meowed as he tryed to get the snow off his paw. "What ever it is, its fun to play with." Midpaw told them as she played in the snow. Her mentor Cloudstorm looked at her crazy. When Midpaw got done playing in the snow she bagan to snif the air and meowed. " The dog sencet are gone, and so are the dog prints." She turned her head to the three cats. "Sorry. Its my fault. I was too beasy playing and forgot about the dogs." She confesd. "You did excelent. The secent is gone its gone." Cloudstorm told her. He turned around and meowed to Mossheart. "Mossheart how do you think?" He asked. " Well she did great." Graystripe told them. "Yes you did excelent." I meowed. "Lest head back and report this to Snowstar." The three cats ran back to their camp. Mossheart ran to the leaders den."Snowstar I have some bad news." I told her. Snowstar was puzzeld. "what is it Mossheart?" She asked. "Well, the portal found dog tracks. It lead to the Sunning Rocks, but we lost the secent. And their is a big snowstorm coming." I told her. Snowstar was staring at her for a moment and then she bagan. "Thank you for telling me this. These snowstorm are bad." She told Mossheart. "Yes I know." I told her. Snowstar wave her tail to the enterence. Their was a blue gray tom with blue eyes, it was Wavestar the leader of Riverclan. They where geting ready to atack. "What are you donig in are tratoriy?" Snowstar asked as she left her den with Mossheart. "We came to fight to bring back the Sunning Rocks. You know that Riverclan used to have it. And now its time to get it back, and we know that you wont give it to us." Wavestar told the Thunderclans leader. "And you are right. We would never give up the Sunning Rocks. We would rather fight for it." She snapped. "And thats why we came here to fight. Atack!" Wavestar yelled. The Riverclan's warriors obyed and ran to Thunderclan. "Atack!" Snowstar yelled. The Thunderclan warriors ran to the Riverclan's warriors. Mossheart was not shure who she cloud go after. She turned around and saw Moonpool fighting a blues gray tom. Then right next to her was Bramblefur fighting a short tail tom. Then She heared a yell coming behinde her. It was Graystripe. He was fighting Riverpelt. He was one of the storngest warriors like Tigerfang. Tigerfang was fighting with Waveheart the deputy of Riverclan. Two deputy fighting each other. Wow. I turend my head to Graystripe. I ran after to him. He needed help, but a black she-cat pounded on me. She looked jest like me too. I turned my body and nocked her off with my two back paws. She gaze at me when I got to my paws. "Why dose it seam that I meat you befor?" The black she-cat asked. "Mabe its because you see me sometimes." I told her. The black she-cat still looked worriored. "Its like I meat you befor when you where a kit but, you are a kittypet." She snapped. I looked puzzeld. She also looked formlier. Then anthor black tom slashes his claw on my ear. I backed away, but this time it was Blackwave. He also looked like me. Blackwave was about to atack but, the black she-cat stopped him. "Riverwave what are you donig? This is a Thunderclan warrior." He told her. "I know but something is worng." Riverwave turnd around to face the Thunderclan warrior. They both stared at Mossheart for a long time. "Are you realy a kittypet?" She asked. "Well I was. Why do you wont to now?" I snapped at her. "We are wasting are time. Wavestar is goning to spott us with this... Thunderclan warrior. Why cant we jest ripe her fur off?" He asked. Riverwave ingnored him and keeped on staring at Mossheart. "This is a wast of time" He meowed. Blackwave then started runing to the Thunderclan warrior. He broght his paw into the air and was about to swing his paw at Mossheart's eye. Mossheart was ready for him. She went under his body and swiped her paw in his belly. Blackwave yelled with pain, as he fell on the ground. Riverwave ran to her bother. As she watched she ran to the blue gray she-cat who was fighting with Graystripe. He was about to kill him with his powerful atcak by biting into his neack. Mossheart swoung into action. She swoung her paw into the warriors face. Their was a big scratch on her face. She was about to atack. "Riverclan time to go!" It was Wavestar the leader of Riverclan. The Riverclan warriors oybed and ran out of Thunderclans taritory. Even the blue gay she-cat obyed and ran into the bushes. Mossheart then saw Riverwave and Blackwave runing into the bushes. The Thunderclans warriors yelled with happeness. They have won. Mossheart helped Graystripe get to his paws. He had alot of scratches on his body. "I'm sorry that idn't come to help. I had to deal with two Riverclan warriors." I told him. " It ok." he meowed. "You should go see Stormcloud." She told him. Graystripe smilled and ran to Stormclouds den. Moonpool ran to Mossheart. "Are you ok? I saw you fighting with two Riverclan warriors. I was going to help but...." "I'm fine." I interupted her. I truned my head to Moonpool. "I see that you are always with Bramblefur these moons." I meowed. Moonpool dipped her head and meowed. "Promise me that you wont tell anybody?" She asked. "I promise." I told her. "Well I'm in love with him ok. I know its werrired because we dont like each other but I finger out that he likes me, and I like him back." She explainded. I was realy saprised, Bramblefur and Moonpool togather wow. That is werired. "Well I'm in love with Graystripe." I convends. "I can tell, but I wont tell anybody." She told her. " Moonpool. Somthing is trubleing me. Riverwave and Blackwave looks jest like me." I told her. " Well we look like athor cats in different clans. Its normel." She told her. " Oh you think this is normal." I snapped. "I remeber them when I was a kit. I also remabered this place when I came here. And Snowstar looked jest like my real mother a long time a go. When I was visting with my mom She told me that I wasent her real mom. My real mom lives in the forest in a clan called Thunderclan. She is my mothers good friend. She gave me away because she wonted me to be safe form Shadowclan. They where gonig to kill me for no reson. So she gave me to my kittypet mom." I told her. "So you are realy clan born." She told her. " You should have told Snowstar about this. And that means you have warrior blood." " Im not sure, but I do no that I had brothers and sisters. Their was three." I Told her. I Turned my head and then spotted Tigerfang. He was sneeking out of camp. What is that no good Tigerfang up to now. I thought. "Mossheart are you ok?" Asked Moonpool. " Oh sarry I will talk about this later. And I will tell Snowstar , but right now I have to see Midpaw." I ran into the apprentices den befor Moonpool Could talk. I knew their was somthing up with Tigerfang. I thought. I turned my head looking for Midpaw. Then I saw a sliver she-cat running to her. "Mossheart!" She called. I turned my head to the sliver she-cat . Her eyes where glowing with worriy. "Mossheart finally sombody I could talk too. Tigerfang sneeked out of camp. I wounder what he's up to?" She told me. "I know. I saw him too." I meowed. "That storm is coming soon too, but we have to fallow Tigerfang." She meowed. "Your right. we should take two more warriors with us." I told her. "How about Cloudstorm and Graystripe." Midpaw sugesed. "Good idea. come on lets go get them." Midpaw and Mossheart ran into the warriors den. Midpaw was telling Cloudstorm about Tigerfang. Every time I see Cloudstorm its like I have seen him befor. Befor I came to the clan. I thought as Cloudstorm walked up to Mossheart. "You are right, Tigerfang is up to somthing. Should we tell Snowstar?" He asked. "Not yet. She will be pretty upset about it, beleave me I tryed to tell her Tigerfang is up to no good but she wont leson." I explaind. " He might be plaining atack." Midpaw told us. "You could be right. Lets go get Graystripe. He is with Lightningtail." Cloudstorm told us. "Right I will go get him andd bring him back here. Ok see ya." Midpaw ran to the Medicines den. Cloudstorm and Mossheart started staring at each other. "Its like we meat befor. I mean befor you came to the clans." Thats what I thought. We should ask Snowstar when we get back, lets hope we are still alive." I told him. "Its like you think we are going tp die, well we are not. Starclan will not let us die yet intill we find out about are berth. Nobody told me who was my mother was, so I thought that Rippedtail was my mom." He explained. "Befor we go we should talk to Snowstar right away when Midpaw comes back....." "Well she already is." Cloudstorm interupted her. "I have brought Graystripe back and he is ready to take on Tigerfang." Midpaw explained. Mossheart looked at Graystripe. His eyes where telling her that Tigerfang cant be terusted. " Ok we will get going, but Cloudstorm and I have to see Snowstar first. This is not about Tigerfang, but this is realy important." I told them. They both looked at each other. They were probley think that if we dont go now Tigerfang will be here with his pack. Mossheart and Cloudstorm ran as fast as they could to Snowstars den. Mossheart and Cloudstorm ran to Snowstar's den. "Snowstar can we talk?" Mossheart asked. "Why yes. What seem to be the proble?" She asked as Mossheart and Cloudstorm come in. "It's about are berth." Cloudstorm told her. Snowstar eyes got wide. Her tail was laying on the ground. Mossheart looked at Cloudstorm. "You no somthing about us. Don't you?' Mossheart asked. "Snowstar sighed. "I guss I have to tell you the truth then." Cloudstorm eyes got wide. Mossheart looked at him. His eyes were gloing with fear. He proble thinking what is she talking about. Mossheart thought like she could read his mind. Finaly Cloudstorm repiled. "What do you mean the truth?" He asked. It feal silence for amount and then Snowstar looked at Mossheart then at Cloudstorm. Then she went on. "Mossheart, you were born in Thunderclan." She told her. Mossheart eyes got wide. "Is that all?" Cloudstorm asked. "Yes that's all." She told them. "What dose that have to do with Cloudstorm?" Mossheart asked. Snowstar eyes began to glow. Mossheart looked at Cloudstorm. "We have to go." I told her. Snowstar nodded. Mossheart nodded back, so did Cloudstorm. Then the two cat's left. "She is still keeping somthing." Cloudstorm told her. " I knew I was born in Thunderclan, but I wasn't sure. Come on." She told him. They ran to the spot were they left Midpaw and Graystripe. "Graystripe!" She called. "Hurry!" He told them. "We are coming. Were's Midpaw?" Cloudstorm asked. "I tryed to stop her, but she didn't lison." He explained. "What?" Cloudstorm yelled. "Shhhhh." Mossheart told him. "Midpaw went to go fight Tigerfang. I couldn't stop her. She said you gise are taking to long and left befor I noticed it." "Let's go." I told him. Cloudstorm nodded. "If Midpaw get's heart. It's my falt." Graystripe told them. "No it's not." Cloudstorm told him. Mossheart touched his nose. "Lisen to Cloudstorm. It's not your falt. We are not mad at you. Now let's go save her befor it's to late." The three cat's ran out of camp to search for Midpaw. *To be contuined*
