As Firestar is on his last life, a new threat happens. Brambleclaw had betrayed Thunderclan and left his clan. Brackenfur is the new deputy of Thunderclan but what will happen to the clan know? Will Brambleclaw do what his father did? Did Brambleclaw really kill Firestar?

Chapter 1

"Brambleclaw!" A flaming colored ginger tom pounced on his deputy. He ranked his teeth into his fur. He put his paw on his chest. "What in the name of Starclan are you doing?" The flaming ginger tom asked.
Brambleclaw hissed. His eyes showed a shadow of a cat. "Its time for me to be leader, Firestar!" He yelled then bit on Firestar's other paw then swung Firestar to the ground.
Firestar was breathing hard. He painted. "What do you mean!" I thought I saw something. Firestar thought. He struggled to his paws. He was next to the Shadowclan border. Brambleclaw had sent him a trap. Firestar growled. "I'm waiting for an answer!" He demanded.
Brambleclaw shook his head. "Your not the leader of this clan any more Firestar! Its time to end this!" He then threw himself to Firestar. Firestar then jumped himself into the air. Brambleclaw slashed Firestar. Firestar yelled with pain as he fell to the ground.
"Brambleclaw!" Brambleclaw turned his head. He flicked his tail then narrowed his eyes. "Brackenfur!"
The golden tabby tom ran out of the bushes: Squrrelflight, Sandstorm, Lionstripe, Hollywing, Dustpelt, and Graystripe was with him.
"A whole portal I see!" Brambleclaw meowed.
"What are you doing?" Squirrelflight asked.
Hollywing step away. "Brambleclaw?"
Brambleclaw hissed. "Its time for me to be leader!" He explained. "Firestar live long enough. Its time for me to be leader!" He spatted.
"Now!" Firestar then jumped on Brambleclaw. Lionstripe jumped on him also. Hollywing and Graystripe joined in. Brambleclaw tried to break free.
"Brambleclaw! How dare you betray your clan! I always thought You were different then your father! I guise I was wrong! From now on, you wont be part of Thunderclan anymore! We will bring him back to camp first so that the other will know about this but its time to chose a new deputy! The new deputy is Brackenfur!" Firestar yelled.
Brackenfur blinked. I'm the new deputy! He then bowed his head.
"Good choice! Now can we bring him back to camp and get this over with?" Dustpelt asked.
Firestar nodded. Hollwing, Graystripe, and Sandstorm took guard on Brambleclaw as they headed back to camp.
