Ok the 3 cats in the Power of Three are named Hollypaw, Lionpaw, and Jaypaw! They are the kits of Squirrelflight and Brambeclaw.

Stormfur and Brook:
Stormfur and Brook for some reason can't go back to the Tribe so they stay with TC, go back to RC, then come back to TC.
Cinderpelt and Sorrieltail:
Cinderpelt is reborn! YAY!!! Sorrieltail has four kits, 3 she-cats and a tom the tom is named Molekit, the she-cats are Honeykit, Poppykit, and...Cinderkit. Spottedleaf tells Leafpool that Cinderkit is Cinderpelt in a later vision. Leafpool recieves a vision of three stars in the sky that have never been there before.
Brambleclaw and Squirrelflight:
Brambleclaw and Squirrelflight get back to gether very early and Leafpool gets a vision of approval from StarClan. She sees 2 pairs of paw, so close she can't tell them appart and then Brambleclaw and Squirrelflight walking into the sky.
Hawfrost and Mothwing:
Hawkfrost put the moth wing outside the med cats den! Mothwing. Mothwing has a new apprentice named Willowpaw and Leafpool goes into her dreams. Leafpool has to teach her how to interpit signs from StarClan.
Now the part you've been waiting for:
Hawkfrost, Brambleclaw, and Tigerstar:
Brambleclaw becomes deputy, and Leafpool sees Tigerstar's shadow behind him through the serimony, although he recieved a sign that Brambleclaw was suposed to be deputy. Hawkfrost and Tigerstar set a test for Brambleclaw to see what he'd do for power. They lure Firestar into a fox trap and then try to get Brambleclaw to kill him. All it would take was a jerk and all of Firestar's remaining lives would be gone. Brambleclaw won't do it and begins to free Firestar. Hawkfrost attacks him and Brambleclaw kills Hawkfrost by stabbing his throat with a stick. Then the prophecy is fullfilled and peace is met.
sort of a cliff hanger ending huh?
