OK, admins. Dont have a go at me, I was bored. So I made a Twilight WArriors Newsletter, I was hoping I could do one every month.But because I dont have admin power, I dont know what to do. Im not asking for powers, Im not liked that. But I need to put up the subscription form, so what should I do?

you should proabally have a staff section, put in any requests from people, say how many memebres we have, any random stuff and then mabye...something?

Yep, well because its the first issue. I just did an update on all the clans, apart from shadowclan. Saying about the battle with lavaclan.
I didnt do Shadowclan because not much has happened there recently.
How can I put the subscription thing onto the forum though? Because it would have to go into the header or footer.

Well, Flame attacked on her own, because LavaClan didn't have enough cats. I didn't bother posting up the thread, as she'll just get severely beaten. It was bad enough in ThunderClan.
Just say the LavaClan intruder was easily driven off if you want.
