Phantomsoul speaks: In love with Crimsonheart

Phantomsoul sat in the warriors den, his ears pricked and his tail flicking back and forth slowly. He glanced around, his green eyes landing every so often on a cat outside of the den. He padded forward and noticed that it was Crimsonheart. Sitting down again outside of the den and watched the she-cat. ever ince he met Crimsonheart he had loved her but never knew what to tell her or how. Now was a great chance but she would probably ignore him. "I must tell her..." he murmured. Heving himself to his paws, Phantomsoul bounded over to the deputy. Crimsonheart looked at Phantomsoul as he drew closer. Her tail curled around her paws as he sat next to her. "Do you need something?" Crimsonheart asked, somewhat shyly. Phantomsoul coulldn't keep his eyes off hers as he spoke, "Crimsonheart, there is something I want to tell you." Phantomsoul began. Crimsonheart's eyes were shining. What is he going to say? Is it something nice? Wait, when did he start talking to me? Does he like me? Crimsonheart thought. Her mind was buzzing with so many questions it almost hurt. "Crimsonherat, ever since we were apprentices, I've felt happier around you. I know I'm not the best with words but... I love you Crimsonheart." Phantomsoul mewed. Everything seemed to grow silent. Crimsonheart was almost speechless. "Do you really mean that?" Crimsonheart whispered. Smiling, Phantomsoul nodded. "I love you too!" Crimsonheart purred. She twined tails with him and they sat there, watching the camp together.

Cloudpaw's white ears pricked in suprise at Phantomsoul, as he approched their deputy. Something was up with him - she could feel it in the air. Like a warm tention. She set down the marigold in her jaws, and sat down in the shadows, her long, silver striped tail curled over her paws. He babbled to her for a moment, and then ...

She had always really known that, he always acted happy around her, or shy. She smiled warmly at the two, hoping she was noticed. But something else was stirred at their warmness; like herself, unless she was to resign, Crimisonheart could never have the kits of the one she loved. She looked at her deputy with pity, and made a promise to herself to talk to her deputy later.[/size][/color]

Phantomsoul licked Crimsonheart's ear softly. "I'm going hunting. I'll be back in a little bit." he mewed. Crimsonheart nodded and licked the toms cheek. Watching Phantomsoul pad away, Crimsonheart flicked her tail angrily. "Cloudpaw, do you wish to speak with me?" Crimsonheart mewed, a little angry edge to her voice. The she-cat hated it when others watched her.
